Lead customer success efforts to move clients from POC to full rollout: conduct discovery and process mapping, coordinate POC and onboarding, align and track KPIs, support contract conversion, and communicate with stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams and travel to US customer sites for onboarding and launches.
