Assist a Project Manager on construction projects within the Borough Based Jails Program. Duties include overseeing third-party construction work in office and field, maintaining project management information systems, scheduling and cost tracking, coordinating activities among client agencies and contractors, reviewing reports and change orders, preparing management reports, and processing payment requisitions.

Prepare as-built and working drawings for roadway, sewer, and water main projects under an Engineer-in-Charge; perform/participate in field surveys, engineering investigations, meetings, and prepare calculations and reports.

Conduct hearings and determine corrections to real property tax assessments. Research, analyze, and value complex properties using cost, income, and market approaches. Evaluate evidence, conduct inspections, hold virtual and in-person hearings, supervise subordinate staff, and assist with outreach and special projects.

Prosecute violent gang and firearms trafficking cases: conduct long-term investigations, present grand jury evidence, draft motions, handle discovery, negotiate pleas, conduct hearings and trials, collaborate with law enforcement and Crime Strategies Bureau, and analyze gang violence trends.
