Drive long-cycle, relationship-led sales to specify Falcon into industrial and infrastructure projects. Own vertical GTM, named-account development, design-win pipeline, packaged solution kits, and feedback to product and engineering. Use AI account-intelligence to build account maps and convert spec-ins into revenue.

Design and run Falcon's end-to-end channel program: tiers, deal registration, enablement, and margin structures. Manage and grow existing distributors, integrators, and reps; recruit and onboard new partners in priority verticals. Own channel-direct conflict rules, partner enablement and co-marketing, and weekly channel metrics (partner-sourced pipeline, deal-registration, activation rate, quote SLA adherence). Deliver measurable partner-sourced pipeline growth within 12 months.
