Lead community program implementation by recruiting, coaching, and managing volunteers and community partners. Develop data-informed impact plans, secure partner agreements, manage budgets/grants, and drive outreach to underrepresented and rural communities. Collaborate cross-functionally and travel extensively to expand awareness, education, and support offerings year over year.
