Execute B2B demand-generation campaigns across direct and partner channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and website optimization. Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, and ROI to improve results. Create customer stories, case studies, sales enablement materials, and localized content for the US market. Support partner marketing, website and brand management, product launches, and collaboration with sales, product, and central marketing teams.

Lead and develop a phone-based inbound/outbound sales team focused on same-day and short-cycle closes. Build daily cadence, Salesforce dashboards, SOPs, call flows, and contact strategies. Coach on-floor through side-by-side selling, call reviews, and live-call support. Track and report daily/weekly performance, enforce accountability, and spend the first month selling to understand processes.

Provide phone, email, and chat technical support for GPS tracking devices and telematics software. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document tickets, prioritize support queues, escalate to engineering, and communicate clear updates to customers while following company policies.
