Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for North American retail stores and occasional corporate roles. Responsibilities include developing job adverts, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, supporting offers and preboarding, organizing recruitment events, advising hiring managers, maintaining ATS data, reporting workforce insights, and contributing to diversity, employer branding, and recruitment technology initiatives.

Manages the employee lifecycle across the US business, including onboarding, employment changes, departures, documentation, I-9 verification, background checks, and HR data maintenance. Serves as a first point of contact for People Operations inquiries, partners with Payroll, Finance, Technology, and external providers, conducts audits and reporting, and supports process improvements, automation, AI solutions, and global People projects.
