Manage accounts receivable and billing in NetSuite, monitor aging and collections, support month-end AR and deferred revenue close. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze financial and subscription metrics, ensure revenue recognition accuracy, support SST tax filings, and drive process improvements and automation across AR and billing workflows.

Support operations by managing order backlog and large shipments, coordinating with warehouse and OA teams, reconciling inventory, maintaining process documentation and dashboards, handling RMAs and serial number issues, and assisting with logistics and trade-show shipments.
