The Controller manages daily financial operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards, oversees grants management, and leads the finance team to support strategic decision-making.

Lead grants compliance and quality assurance across the grants lifecycle: develop policies, train staff, review and finalize grant agreements, ensure IRS and foundation compliance, maintain data integrity in grants systems, mentor a Grants Associate, and support team processes and reporting.
