Lead underwriting for national group disability and life accounts (2,000+ lives), performing risk selection, pricing, negotiation, and renewals. Provide in-depth risk assessment, reporting and analytics, partner with sales and subject matter experts to craft pricing solutions, manage inforce blocks for profitability and persistency, recommend policy/procedure changes, and mentor developing underwriters.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
