Lead client service and renewal messaging for larger middle market accounts, collaborate on strategy, and ensure effective client relationship management.

Receive and process commercial insurance submissions, obtain and negotiate quotes from carriers, develop agency/carrier relationships, prepare client-ready proposals and coverage comparisons, support renewals and new business strategy, mentor broking associates, and use technology to streamline broking and client service.
