The Staff Unity Engineer will lead the development of a mid-core 3D mobile game, providing technical guidance, overseeing project milestones, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful development from prototype to production.

Design and balance core gameplay mechanics, progression, and in-game economy to drive engagement and retention. Lead post-launch tuning using player metrics, run A/B tests, define difficulty tiers, collaborate with LiveOps, data analysts, UX/Art/Engineering, and document tuning frameworks and economic models.
