Oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning to close out, lead teams, ensure project performance optimization, manage vendor services, maintain Trial Master File, monitor project health, track site documentation, support clinical activities, attend trainings, and support project acquisition activities.

Support Business Development lead with proposal building, vendor quotes, and client deliverables. Assist with Sponsor Requests for Information, participate in strategy discussions, research Sponsor projects, and create visuals to support projects. Work with internal teams and participate in Bid Defense sessions.
