Conduct industrial hygiene field inspections, asbestos and lead surveys, air and mold investigations, exposure monitoring, sampling, and abatement oversight. Design and support implementation of industrial wastewater treatment solutions from concept through commissioning. Prepare calculations, reports, specifications; support site investigations, pilot studies, equipment selection, construction support, commissioning, and operational troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Lead planning, design, and delivery of advanced industrial wastewater treatment projects from feasibility through commissioning. Develop treatment solutions using physical, chemical, biological, membrane, filtration, adsorption, disinfection, thermal evaporation, and crystallization technologies. Provide technical leadership, mentor staff, manage budgets/schedules/quality, support business development, and strengthen client relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Lead business development and project delivery for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience projects in Central and North Florida. Build client relationships, lead pursuit planning, manage project teams and scopes, support technical alignment with national practice, mentor staff, and deliver financial growth. Travel up to 30%.
