Lead and manage the CDL training program: develop and implement curriculum, supervise and train Driver Trainers, advise and support students, monitor program performance and compliance with FMCSA/DMV standards, and perform continuous improvement and reporting tasks. Role includes hands-on driver training and frequent travel.

Lead and manage the CDL program including curriculum development, faculty hiring and supervision, student advising and retention, program quality and compliance, and continuous improvement. Act as subject-matter expert, provide training to staff, perform data analysis on student outcomes, and fulfill duties of a full-time Driver Trainer.

Provide general administrative and student support including answering phones, filing, greeting customers, assisting with inventory and the Learning Resource Center, and other duties as assigned while maintaining academic eligibility and adhering to organizational policies.

Develop and manage employer relationships to generate job leads, externship sites, and advisory board members. Prospect and cold-call employers, document interactions and job orders in CampusVue, coordinate with Career Coaches and Director, report daily activities, and travel extensively (up to 70%).

Provide general administrative and student support: assist students, answer phones, file, manage inventory and Learning Resource Center tasks, greet customers, and perform other duties as assigned while maintaining coursework and adhering to organizational policies.

Lead and oversee all campus operations ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations, quality student outcomes, and sound business practices. Hire, train, and supervise staff; set campus priorities; analyze assessment and financial data; manage budgets and reporting; engage the local community; and ensure operational deadlines and accrediting standards are met.

Lead and manage the CDL academic program including curriculum implementation, faculty hiring and development, student advising and retention, program performance analysis, and regulatory compliance. Serve as subject-matter expert, provide instructor training, support students at risk, maintain program records, participate in accreditation reporting, and perform all duties of a Driver Trainer as needed.

Provide administrative support to campus operations, faculty, and staff including purchase orders, payroll, onboarding, vendor relations, data entry, enrollment paperwork, and backup reception/executive assistant duties while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage front-desk operations: answer phones, greet visitors, perform data entry, handle clerical tasks, support campus departments, track enrollment activities, and provide excellent customer service.
