Develop and manage employer relationships to create job opportunities for students and graduates. Prospect, cold-call, document employer interactions in CampusVue, coordinate with Career Coaches, gather employment verifications, deliver daily activity and weekly expense reports, and support campus branding and community outreach.

Lead and manage the CDL program: develop and implement curriculum, supervise and train Driver Trainers, advise and support students, monitor program performance and compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and manage the CDL program: develop and implement curriculum, hire and supervise driver trainers, advise and retain students, monitor program performance, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and perform driver training duties.

Provide general administrative and student support tasks including answering phones, filing, greeting customers, assisting with inventory and the Learning Resource Center, and other duties as assigned while maintaining academic eligibility.

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, facilitate enrollments and admissions requirements, track student progress and outcomes, use internal CRM/software to manage leads and dispositions, coordinate with client representatives and employers, and participate in trainings and team initiatives.

Advise prospective and current students on Title IV funds and FAFSA completion; perform verification, resolve documentation conflicts, prepare timely packaging in CampusVue, coordinate with admissions and Compliance, and assist Campus President to improve Financial Aid operations.

Provide general administrative and student support including answering phones, filing, greeting customers, assisting with inventory and learning resources, and performing other assigned administrative duties while maintaining academic responsibilities and adhering to organizational policies.

Manages front office, answers phones, greets visitors, performs data entry and general clerical tasks, supports campus departments, manages enrollment reporting, and operates office equipment while providing excellent customer service.
