Serve as the operational hub for the Chandler office: manage communications, supplies, shipments, meetings, catering, visitor access, badging, and basic facilities coordination to maintain an organized, secure, and welcoming workplace.

Serve as primary client contact to build and maintain strong relationships, understand business objectives, provide strategic guidance, identify growth opportunities, monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, ensure timely service delivery, and resolve client issues.

Contract Recruiter (1099) to manage full-cycle, high-volume hiring for Customer Service and Collections, plus operational and technical roles. Source, screen, pipeline candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, extend offers, partner with hiring managers, and support employer branding in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale market. Initial 6-month engagement with possible extension.
