They handle client inquiries, policy administration, and ensure proactive record-keeping. The position requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and exposure to Epic or Applied Solutions. High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. PA Property & Casualty License is preferred but can be obtained within 90 days of hire.
