Lead and scale Closinglock's new-logo sales organization across enterprise, mid-market, and regional accounts. Own sales strategy, forecasting, segmentation, quota setting, and operating cadence. Hire and develop front-line sales managers, participate in strategic deals, partner cross-functionally, and use data to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the payments product strategy, collaborating with teams to drive user adoption, comply with regulations, and analyze performance metrics.

Manage and grow a book of Mid-Market SaaS customers by driving product adoption, renewing and expanding contracts, building executive relationships, forecasting risk, providing product feedback, and representing customer needs across sales, product, and engineering.

Hunt and close enterprise accounts for Closinglock by building pipeline through outbound prospecting and partners, leading consultative discovery, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, negotiating deals, maintaining Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, and representing the company at industry events.

Design, develop, and maintain Closinglock web applications. Contribute across the full software lifecycle, build RESTful APIs, collaborate with senior engineers, and support testing, CI/CD, and deployments to AWS.

The Head of People Operations will oversee HR, Recruiting, and Workplace Experience, shaping culture and employee programs to enhance engagement, performance, and retention.
