Lead HSE engineering activities including FEED, detailed design, calculations and vendor reviews for fire protection and safety systems. Provide technical direction, prepare design basis and safety study inputs, coordinate with disciplines, assist procurement and bids, conduct safety workshops (HAZID/HAZOP), mentor junior engineers, and support project deliverables and audits.

Manage procurement activities for construction/energy projects: source vendors, issue RFQs, evaluate bids, place and administer POs, maintain vendor relationships, support expediting, ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and supervise assigned personnel.

Manage subcontracting activities for projects including solicitation and evaluation of bids, contract administration, change management, cost forecasting, risk monitoring, and reporting. Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual and HSE requirements, support sourcing strategy, and escalate issues to subcontract leadership.

Lead HSE/Fire Protection engineering activities for oil & gas projects, performing FEED and detailed design, safety studies (HAZID/HAZOP), firewater hydraulic calculations (PIPENET), vendor reviews, discipline coordination, procurement support, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE policies.

Lead process safety engineering for LNG and low-carbon fuel projects: define safety basis, run HAZID/HAZOP/QRA and consequence modelling, integrate outcomes into design, develop fire & gas philosophies, support environmental assessments, and represent process safety in client and regulatory engagements.

Lead pre-award subcontract activities including RFP/ITB creation, vendor pre-qualification, negotiation, award recommendations, risk and cost reviews, and subcontract compliance and administration. Provide guidance, reporting, audits, and support subcontract performance and closeout.
