Lead program-level delivery for IGEN's technology transformation: integrate plans, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate Azure cloud migration, support Agile adoption, produce executive reporting, run cross-functional cadence, enforce delivery governance and compliance, embed AI productivity tools, and drive continuous improvement across multiple simultaneous workstreams.

Lead and evolve Quality Engineering across Microsoft-based SaaS platforms. Define automation-first, AI-enabled test strategy, embed QA in Scrum teams, validate business logic with domain experts, scale test architecture and CI/CD-integrated automation, drive observability and TestOps, and mentor QA/SDET teams to ensure reliable, compliant product outputs.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers as a hands-on technical manager, owning delivery, reliability, security, hiring, and roadmap. Review code and designs, drive architecture and DevOps/CI-CD improvements, partner cross-functionally to prioritize high-impact work, and ensure on-call coverage, incident response, and continuous improvement of systems.

Lead end-to-end architecture for IGEN's migration from WinForms monoliths to a cloud-native, API-first Azure SaaS platform. Define integration, data, AI-augmented development, security, and observability patterns; publish ADRs; steward cloud cost, resilience, and analytics integration (Snowflake/Fivetran); mentor engineers and influence product and technology strategy across teams.
