Manage design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls, fire protection) across a large mixed-use redevelopment. Provide technical leadership, cost and contract management, coordination with stakeholders and contractors, QA/QC, tenant coordination, phased turnovers, and pre-construction support for future phases.

Lead and execute Bayview Village's marketing strategy and day-to-day activities, including budget management, marketing communications, events, social media, PR, tenant and community relations. Manage a Marketing Manager and external agencies, produce website and newsletter content, support leasing efforts, and report on results. Onsite 12-month contract role reporting to VP, National Marketing.
