The AHL IDI Graduate Analyst will diagnose and fix issues with trading models, configure and deploy changes to the trading system, work on best practices, use data analytics, design and implement trading environment architecture, and contribute to investment and data implementation efforts at AHL.

The Accountancy & Tax Graduate Analyst will rotate through placements within Finance over a two-year period, gaining experience in accounting, controlling, tax, and financial disciplines. Responsibilities include financial data analysis, preparation of reporting documents, monitoring financial data, tax compliance, and participation in ad-hoc projects. The role requires computer literacy, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems in a fast-paced environment.

The Assurance Analyst will be responsible for defining and maintaining security controls, creating interactive dashboards in PowerBI, coordinating external security assessments, and contributing to team documentation. Technical competencies include testing security controls at scale, using reporting tools like PowerBI, and knowledge of Python.

Responsible for implementing and monitoring regulatory and contractual investment restrictions, advising on trading decisions, negotiating investment guidelines, and working with technology and legal teams to ensure compliance. Analyzing risk/compliance alerts, managing pre-trade risk framework, reviewing investment restrictions, implementing limits in the risk system, investigating breaches, and specifying system enhancements. Requires 3-5 years of experience, analytical skills, knowledge of investment strategies, and moderate programming skills in Excel/VBA, SQL, and Python.
