Support employee shareholding operations and regional Pay Transparency initiatives. Validate requests, dispatch payments, assist shareholders, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, provide data analysis, and partner with International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits to drive process improvements and automation.

Prepare technical specifications, evaluate bids, define purchase specs, review and approve vendor documents, perform vendor inspections, support proposals and site queries, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and procurement/planning.

Lead safe, reliable plant operations; monitor performance using KPIs and statistics; optimize processes for efficiency and availability; manage maintenance, spare parts, and work orders; enforce MOC and permit-to-work; maintain SOPs and compliance; train staff; liaise with authorities; support emergencies and troubleshoot non-conformities.

Partner with leaders and HR to assess skill gaps and design end-to-end learning programs for the EAP Cluster. Drive learning culture and program quality through campaigns, facilitator upskilling, vendor reviews, and analytics. Adopt digital learning tools and AI, coordinate with Air Liquide University, and lead regional initiatives to improve learner experience and business alignment.

Lead product strategy and end-to-end delivery for the Diagram-to-Model workflow (2D→3D) migrating legacy SmartPlant data into Aveva UE. Own roadmap, budgeting, KPIs, cross-functional coordination, releases, training, and stakeholder alignment to ensure synchronized data and digital thread across plant design tools.

Design process systems for industrial and specialty gas/chemical installations from concept through execution. Prepare design basis, perform equipment and piping sizing, create data sheets and P&IDs, support procurement and commissioning, ensure compliance with codes and RAGAGEP, lead design reviews, manage design changes, and provide technical support to operations and projects.

Identify and win new B2B business: analyze market and competitors, develop and execute growth plans, build customer relationships, create technical-commercial proposals, lead negotiations, support project execution, and manage key accounts to sustain partnerships.

Lead a discipline team to deliver engineering deliverables for projects: allocate resources, ensure competencies, define processes, manage budgets, review estimates, support project execution, and qualify vendors.
