Acquire new clients across Japan through cold outreach, full sales-cycle ownership from qualification to close, present product demos (phone, webinars, onsite), negotiate contracts, run and attend events, prepare proposals/quotations, and collaborate with marketing and sales operations.

Own technical SEO and the WordPress→HubSpot CMS migration end-to-end, implement schema/structured data and AEO strategy, optimize Core Web Vitals and site architecture, maintain HubSpot themes/modules, build GA4+Looker measurement linking SEO to revenue, leverage Claude/AI for content and audits, and run CRO/A-B tests to improve conversions.

Serve as primary German-speaking support contact for key accounts, handle high-volume email/chat support, deliver tailored trainings, create FAQs/tutorials, identify process improvements, and relay product feedback to Product and Sales.

Translate marketing assets into seller-ready narratives and training. Provide high-quality written support (email/chat) for German-speaking clients, host webinars and virtual training, create digital help resources, translate client needs to product/account teams, and assist with occasional account configurations to ensure accurate client data and adoption.

Design conversion-focused website pages and templates, sales enablement materials, and short-form videos. Maintain and extend the brand system in Figma, use AI tools to automate design tasks, collaborate with outbound, web, and events teams, and support EMEA event collateral.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, real-time data infrastructure. Build and optimize production-grade streaming pipelines, employ spec-driven development and agentic AI workflows, implement testing/monitoring, take ownership of systems, and mentor junior engineers.
