Serve as frontline administrative support for the OBGYN department: answer phones, coordinate appointments, manage supplies, schedule repairs and rooms, handle mail, maintain logs and reports, assist with policies/forms, and perform other assigned clerical duties while projecting professionalism and maintaining confidentiality.

Lead ownership of a $1B+ fixed asset portfolio (including ~$750M CIP). Manage end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, CIP tracking and inservice transitions, journal entries, reconciliations, audit support, and cross-functional partnership to ensure accuracy, internal controls, and process improvement in a regulated healthcare environment.

Configure, test, implement and support healthcare applications (payroll/Kronos). Manage system dictionaries, configurations, releases and integrations, lead medium-to-large projects, resolve complex issues, and guide junior analysts.
