As the Sr. Manager of SRE Operations, you will ensure the reliability of our SaaS platform, manage the SRE team, oversee incident resolution, and implement disaster recovery processes while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will lead improvements in platform operations, support on-call responsibilities, and report performance metrics to executive management.

The Sr. Manager of SRE Operations at ZEDEDA is responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the SaaS platform while leading a team to implement effective monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident management. This hands-on role includes project management, escalation management, and fostering customer success through proactive support and team leadership.

The Principal Customer Success Manager will lead the onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion experiences for ZEDEDA's strategic customers, ensuring contract renewals, driving product adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor in edge computing strategies. They will establish strong partnerships with customer stakeholders and address any challenges effectively, advocating for the customer's needs within the company.

The Senior Manager EVE SW is responsible for designing, developing, and testing ZEDEDA's contributions to the EVE-OS project, leading software engineering teams, promoting open source collaboration, and ensuring high-quality product delivery while cultivating a productive team culture.
