The SQA Tester at Syms Strategic Group will coordinate and manage testing events, create test plans and reports, review test results, and ensure defects are tracked accurately. The role requires experience in both automated and manual testing, understanding of VA systems, and the ability to work in an Agile environment, supporting multiple Scrum teams.

The SQA Tester will manage test events, coordinate with developers, create test plans and scripts, conduct testing, monitor defect reports, and generate test reports, all while adhering to testing standards and supporting the overall company success in an Agile environment.

The SQA Tester will manage test events, coordinate with developers to create test plans, conduct testing per the Master Test Plan, monitor defect reports, and produce test reports. Experience in automated and manual testing is required, alongside comprehensive technical expertise in IT products and an understanding of Agile methodologies.
