Lead and manage technical alteration projects for launcher programs, acting as primary customer liaison. Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and networks in a classified environment. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Office software, AD accounts, VDI, and related hardware; manage tickets within SLAs, follow security procedures, and coordinate with IT teams for escalations and projects.

Own material strategy, estimating, forecasting, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution. Lead design and implementation of flight test instrumentation systems: define configurations, signal conditioning, and architectures for airborne data acquisition; support design reviews, procedures, test integration, trade studies, and post-test data analysis in flight test environments.

Lead electrical engineering efforts and manage a small functional team to develop hardware requirements, designs, cable-harness/wire schematics, trade studies, and engineering release packages. Act as a senior individual contributor (80%) and people manager (20%), collaborating with systems, test, supply chain, suppliers, and IPTs to support program milestones and hardware deliveries.
