Lead a ~10-person DevOps/software engineering team to develop and maintain production tools for flight/mission-critical systems. Manage budget, schedule, risk, Agile metrics, EVMS, and deliverables as work-package manager. Provide technical guidance, functional management, staffing, and collaborate with systems engineering, test automation, and software teams. Dual-hatted technical DevOps lead and manager role requiring on-site work and security access.

Develop and maintain flight, mission, lab, and tools software; participate in software design, development, testing, integration, and DevOps; use C++, JavaScript, Python, React/Next.js/TypeScript, Git/GitLab, and agile SDLC practices.

On-site role requiring security clearance and occasional travel.
