Lead and scale Knowledge Management for the Consumer, Technology & Telecoms practice: define KM and AI-enabled strategy, build a global KM team, govern and activate intellectual capital, deploy AI/automation and training, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and consulting impact.

Manage end-to-end employee leave administration (FMLA and other leave types), ensure compliance, maintain SOPs and HR records, mentor junior staff, liaise with stakeholders, drive process improvements and reporting to meet SLAs.
