The Strategic Account Manager will drive sales of QNX products in Japan, develop account plans, build customer relationships, and support marketing initiatives.

Create developer-focused documentation (user guides, API/reference, release notes), convert complex technical concepts into clear content, produce examples, collaborate with engineers and PMs, maintain and customize DITA-OT toolchains (XSLT/CSS), publish via Oxygen XML, and automate docs workflows with scripting and CI/CD.

Develop and maintain Wi-Fi and Networking driver components. Provide technology leadership in software solutions and mentor team on engineering best practices.

Lead and own the functional safety case for QNX products across the full lifecycle. Perform high‑rigor safety analyses (HARA, FMEA, FTA, DFA), manage safety evidence for certification, interface with assessors, advise engineering on ASIL‑appropriate design, support customers/Tier‑1s on SEooC integration, represent QNX in standards bodies, and drive continuous improvement of safety processes, templates, and tooling.
