Support Credit Products Specialized Industries Managers by underwriting new and renewed commercial credit, preparing credit approval packages, monitoring portfolio performance and covenant compliance, managing credit file completeness, conducting guarantor analysis and closing due diligence, identifying risk-rating changes and exposure reduction opportunities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative and client-servicing support to Commercial Relationship Managers, manage credit application and loan workflows, maintain pipeline and account data (OneView, RGA), assist with onboarding Treasury Management clients, create reports, and perform miscellaneous sales and administrative tasks.

Performs transaction testing of commercial loan approvals to ensure documentation quality and consistency. Reviews loan samples for spreading, covenants, collateral, and TPE/MUST items; documents findings; serves as SOX reports liaison to remediate errors; identifies thematic issues and partners on process improvements and training.
