The Telephony Systems Administrator will maintain Call Center telephony systems, troubleshoot issues, manage IVR functionality, and support new clients.

Lead client implementations of AssistRx SaaS solutions for pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy partners, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Coordinate and facilitate release planning, CAB meetings, and go-live activities. Validate deployment plans, ensure release deliverables (notes, approvals, communications, verification) are completed, manage schedules, document processes, and drive improvements to release management standards.

Support daily operations of Call Center telephony systems, troubleshoot issues, assist with user onboarding, and maintain system documentation.

Deliver timely executive and operational reporting, build and maintain KPI dashboards, reconcile financial and operational data, enable forecasting and planning inputs, automate reporting, and ensure data quality and metric governance to drive decision-ready insights.

Lead and manage software engineering teams, ensure best practices are followed, support team development, oversee project execution and maintain software standards.

Develop and design high-quality business solutions on Salesforce platform, create data dictionaries, and perform unit testing in an Agile environment.
