The Document Control Specialist is responsible for handling title processing, document verification, and providing customer service support related to titles and loans.

The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt and maintenance of titles, contracts, and applications, ensuring compliance, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities include document verification, maintenance of storage, account updates, and customer interactions, all while meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers; prepare and review complex journal entries, reconciliations, and technical accounting for a large serviced portfolio. Lead month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audits, financial reporting, process improvements, and supervise staff on accounting projects.

Engage customers to assess needs, manage the full sales cycle, convert visits to purchases, handle operational tasks (cash, opening/closing, inventory, documentation), maintain compliance, support onboarding and training, and progress through certification levels to assume increasing dealership responsibility.
