The Community Manager oversees member experience, operational standards, team management, and budget tracking for multiple WeWork buildings to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Provide day-to-day HR operations support across the EMEA region, handling full employee lifecycle, onboarding, HR data analysis, payroll and benefits support, compliance with local labor laws, process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional project implementation.

Provide executive support and business operations for senior leadership: manage complex calendars, travel and expenses, prepare meetings and reports, capture notes and action items, lead communications, track KPIs and company reporting, use Procore for initiative tracking, coordinate HR and legal/admin obligations, and drive cross-functional projects.
