Serve as the on-site primary member contact and front desk representative. Greet members and guests, manage mail and keycards, support building operations, coordinate and promote events, engage members via WeWork systems, handle member questions, and assist the Community Management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualify and nurture inbound leads, own a territory to drive qualified tours and handoffs, prospect occasionally, manage the sales process in CRM/automation, collaborate with Leasing Teams, and deliver excellent customer service as a WeWork brand ambassador.
