Founding bookkeeper role owning end-to-end books for pilot restaurant customers, handling chart of accounts, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statements. Serve as restaurant accounting expert, embed with product and engineering to shape tooling and SOPs, document controls/QA, and work directly with operators. Split time between hands-on bookkeeping and building scalable processes and automation.
