Lead the Marketing group at Pangea, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels. Manage acquisition and retention marketing programs, analyze performance metrics, and guide creative development and media relationships. As the Senior Product Designer at Pangea, you will be responsible for owning the user experience and design aesthetic of the web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver clean and intuitive UX experiences for customers. Key responsibilities include defining UX, delivering design assets, optimizing funnels, and implementing design workflows. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of product design experience, excellent interaction and visual design skills, and a strong understanding of UX design practices.
