Lead vision, roadmap, and profitability for data and analytics products. Prioritize backlog, create OKRs, build business cases, drive product discovery, work with engineering/data teams, manage vendors, engage stakeholders and customers, and deliver measurable product outcomes.

Lead and supervise engineering projects and staff, plan and conduct design reviews and analyses, ensure technical quality and compliance with rules, liaison with clients and specialists, develop proposals and qualification materials, mentor engineers, and maintain project schedules and standards.

Oversee daily finance and accounting activities including budgets, forecasts, statutory accounts, tax and regulatory returns. Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of AI projects, liaising with clients and technical teams, maintaining plans/logs/reports, troubleshooting delivery issues, ensuring quality and validation, and contributing to knowledge sharing and cross-service AI initiatives.

Lead global business development for ABS in the passenger vessel market by creating and executing BD plans, pursuing new-construction and retrofit opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, supporting proposals and key accounts, representing ABS at industry events, and providing market intelligence to align services with client needs.

Performs detailed engineering design reviews, technical analyses, and problem resolution for marine and related engineering projects. Provides technical advice to field operations, prepares reports and billing, communicates workload status, implements ABS quality system requirements, and works with clients to resolve technical issues. Supports international requirements and may use FEM and engineering software.
