Lead or contribute to technical projects in marine classification and shipbuilding, plan and budget programs, provide technical advice on Rules and Regulations, ensure quality system compliance, perform engineering reviews and analyses, and communicate findings to management and clients.

Lead and perform third-party onsite ISMS audits (ISO/IEC 27001) across North America, plan and schedule assessments, lead and mentor audit teams, review ISMS documentation for compliance, report findings, and manage corrective actions. Role is remote but requires frequent travel (50%+).

Provide technical sales and solutions architecture for EAM implementations: design responses, support proposals and SOWs, estimate effort, assist project managers through project lifecycle, maintain client relationships, identify follow-on business, deliver presentations and technical content, and travel extensively to support sales and service delivery.

Lead and mature the enterprise IT compliance operating model: develop and manage IT policies, lead internal IT audits and remediation, integrate compliance into IT operations, govern IT financial management and organizational change management, and drive metrics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure audit readiness and regulatory alignment.

Lead client-facing discovery and pre-sales for AI solutions, design end-to-end AI architectures and roadmaps, shape proposals and SOWs, ensure smooth handoffs to delivery, and collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence to build reusable assets and governance-aware solutions.

Sell ABS services and grow accounts by developing client relationships, prospecting new business, coordinating proposals and pricing, working with technical teams, maintaining CRM data, forecasting sales, and contributing market insight and capture strategies.

Lead process engineering tasks within project teams: review designs, perform PFD/P&ID checks, material/energy balances, hydraulic and relief valve sizing, support PSM/HAZOP/FMEA activities, mentor junior engineers, ensure deliverable quality, and attend client meetings. Approximately 30% travel.

Define and execute global enterprise applications strategy across ERP and adjacent platforms. Lead global implementations, integrations, upgrades, vendor management, and operational support. Partner with senior leaders to drive adoption and business value, build and lead a global Enterprise Applications team, enforce governance/SDLC, and drive automation, analytics, and process improvements.

Lead R&D and assessment of marine/offshore machinery and systems focused on carbon capture, CO2 transport, alternative fuels, and renewable energy. Establish guidance and classification requirements, support ABS technical queries, publish technical work, and participate in industry societies.

Design, develop, and maintain production full‑stack applications. Handle data design/management, query optimization, web services, REST APIs, CI/CD on Azure, and integrate Azure OpenAI (RAG, embeddings). Perform code reviews, troubleshoot hotfixes, mentor junior developers, collaborate with QA, follow agile scrum, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to ABS HSEQ requirements.
