Lead and optimize a consumer telesales team to drive revenue, upsell services, and ensure superior customer experience. Manage daily call center and vendor operations, analyze data to create growth strategies, implement policies and training, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet targets and improve efficiency.

Lead day-to-day execution of RIS I IT projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, contractors, and technical teams. Produce status reports and briefings, adjust priorities for mission needs, provide 24x7 operational/after-hours support, and ensure stakeholder alignment and contractor oversight.

Provide on-site NOC Tier 2 O&M/PM support for FEMA voice, data and satellite networks. Monitor, troubleshoot, configure and manage routers, switches, VoIP/Avaya systems and satellite equipment. Coordinate with DHS/AT&T NOCs, support hardware/software installs, work 4PM–Midnight shift with overtime/weekends, and obtain Top Secret clearance.

Lead and manage a follow-the-sun SOC team, oversee SOC operations, mentor staff, automate and document SOC processes, collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, perform threat detection/analysis, incident documentation, and support US-hour coverage and weekend shifts.
