Lead regional financial reporting, settlements, and tax functions; oversee monthly/annual close, audits, IFRS compliance, tax reporting, reconciliations, controls, process improvements, technology integration, and team leadership while collaborating with trading, operations, legal, and executive stakeholders.

Lead treasury and structured trade finance activities including cash forecasting, liquidity and bank account optimization, affiliate loan administration, letters of credit and other trade instruments, SAP S4HANA-based reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Structure, negotiate, execute, and monitor trade finance and working capital solutions for commodity trading while ensuring compliance, controls, and operational efficiency.

Lead the Audit Division overseeing internal audit, special investigations, fraud and computer security reviews. Develop audit schedules, direct investigations, coordinate external audits, prepare findings and advise management and the Board Audit Committee on controls and corrective actions.
