Allegiant Station Trainers execute and design initial, recurrent, and supplemental learning opportunities for Leaders, customer service, and ground operations agents throughout the Allegiant system. Instructors are responsible for knowing and effectively communicating the central aspects of the operation, corporate policies, and functions of the roles of agents and Leaders.

We offer several intern positions in a variety of departments for college students and recent college graduates. Our internships provide the opportunity to work on critical projects while developing professional skills.

Responsible for maintaining Allegiant Air's appearance standards for aircraft interiors by performing cleaning duties and stocking supplies. Must be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work flexible hours. Requires high school diploma and authorization to work in the US.

The Station Manager ensures compliance with regulatory policies and operational standards at the station. They manage safety, control expenses, establish community relations, and lead training for employees while analyzing performance and implementing necessary corrective actions.

The Aircraft Technical Fleet Manager oversees daily maintenance operations for Allegiant Air's fleet, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing technical issues, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The Materials Specialist maintains stock and collaborates with departments to manage aircraft maintenance materials. Responsibilities include receiving and processing aircraft parts, inventory management, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring organization in the Stores. The role requires physical tasks, data entry into inventory systems, and interaction with shipping vendors.

The internship provides aviation students with hands-on experience in flight operations. Interns will shadow personnel across various departments, assist with projects, and be involved in developing documentation and communication materials. They will also perform entry-level duties and engage in flight safety data analysis, fostering understanding between different airline operational teams.
