Supports daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliation, deferred revenue, and revenue recognition. Applies GAAP and ASC 606 guidance, supports audits, researches complex accounting matters, and partners with Accounting and IT on system and process improvements. Uses Excel, ERP or membership systems, and approved automation and AI tools to improve accuracy, controls, efficiency, and audit readiness.

Leads high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Tracks deliverables, dependencies, risks, and progress; establishes workflows and team cadences; and provides recommendations for timely decisions. Serves as Agile Lead by facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Uses Jira and Confluence to maintain project visibility and collaboration across teams.

Leads the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of compensation, health and retirement benefits, wellness, work-life, and related total rewards programs. Partners with senior leaders and vendors, manages compliance, contracts, RFPs, communications, and benefits systems, and analyzes workforce and market data to improve employee attraction, retention, engagement, and experience.
