Manage and develop youth and instruction teams, create curriculum with Head Coaches, oversee staff scheduling and performance, handle customer feedback, coordinate cross-departmentally, and track KPIs for program participation and NPS.

Lead Sender One's HR strategy across multi-site gyms, overseeing talent acquisition, development, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, and HR operations. Partner with executive leadership to design organizational structures, drive culture and engagement, build leadership development programs, and ensure operational excellence while supporting growth.

Lead and coach the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional service; manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance; act as manager-on-duty to resolve escalated customer issues; support administrative duties, reporting, and departmental objectives in collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager.
