Lead governance, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Discovery Group SHEC Management System. Drive system integration for acquisitions and organisational change, implement digital platforms (LMS, ISOmetrix, iForms, AGORA, SharePoint, ORM), coach country teams on Learning From Incidents and Operational Risk Management, coordinate SHEC inputs to planning and budgets, and represent DG at Group level to ensure alignment with AA standards and effective SHEC outcomes.

Coordinate and govern the lifecycle of IT contracts, maintain contract records, track milestones and renewals, support supplier negotiations and compliance, liaise between IT and Procurement/Legal/Finance, produce contract reporting, and support audits and continuous improvement of contract governance.

Provide day-to-day administration and support for Workiva Wdesk across finance functions. Coordinate and prioritise change requests, manage incidents and releases, ensure controls and audit compliance, develop training and documentation, review vendor delivery, support Vivantio usage, and identify system improvements to optimise finance reporting and processes.

Lead supplier factory safety, QA/QC assessments and on-site evaluations to ensure suppliers meet technical, safety, and quality standards. Manage compliance, supplier development, defect monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, and escalations to support China and low-cost country sourcing goals.

Manage end-to-end sales operations for equity and third-party products, including contracts administration, shipment and logistics execution, trade finance (LCs), stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and process improvements to optimize supply chain and cash flow.

Support China Corporate Affairs by executing government relations, stakeholder engagement, and executive visit coordination. Produce briefing materials, monitor policy and peer activity, maintain stakeholder records, support events and BU/CMT alignment, and provide operational on-the-ground support for senior leadership engagements.

Manage end-to-end sourcing and contracting for Marketing (primarily Singapore and UK). Develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate and draft contracts across IT, HR, FM and professional services, track value and savings, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with supply chain policies, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide administrative support to Group Legal and the Head of Legal & Compliance for the Marketing business: manage diaries and travel, prepare confidential correspondence and presentations, maintain filing and compliance registers, support onboarding/offboarding, assist with budgeting/spend tracking and expenses, organize meetings and events, and participate in team projects to ensure efficient legal service delivery.
