Support daily accounting operations: manage and archive accounting documents, issue and post sales invoices, prepare bank transfers and statements, enter data into the accounting system, produce statements and reports, and assist with month-end and year-end closings.

Lead and manage the Risk team: oversee inbox and analysts, handle escalations and complex compliance queries, supervise recruitment and training, resolve conflicts, advise on client terms, run audits/investigations, manage data protection issues and client file requests, maintain policies/processes, and lead strategic risk projects.

Provide advice and representation in international arbitration from pre-arbitral strategy through enforcement; conduct legal research; draft pleadings, witness statements and expert reports; manage document review and disclosure; prepare for and support hearings; engage arbitral institutions; advise on enforcement/challenge of awards; contribute to business development; mentor and supervise junior lawyers.

Provide dispute resolution support in international and local arbitration and court proceedings, advising on commercial, administrative, civil, compliance, sanctions and white-collar matters for corporate clients. Collaborate with Kyiv and international offices, manage caseloads, draft pleadings, attend hearings, and prioritize client-focused, commercially minded legal advice under pressure.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers: manage documents and correspondence, schedule meetings and court deadlines, prepare expense reports, operate office equipment, and handle daily office tasks.

Provide day-to-day legal support on media rights sales and wider media, sports and entertainment matters. Lead workstreams for key clients, advise on tendering, contracting, financial and operational arrangements, and collaborate with IP, data protection, commercial, regulatory and disputes teams. Develop client relationships, build industry expertise, and adopt sophisticated AI usage to improve efficiency and quality of legal work.

Conduct legal and business research to identify and analyse potential conflicts of interest. Review and validate conflict search results and internal conflict forms, liaise with fee earners, ensure database search accuracy, support compliance training, and develop knowledge of relevant legal/regulatory requirements.

Support planning, tracking and delivery of legal matters and internal projects using legal project management. Monitor timelines, risks and budgets; produce reports and visualisations; facilitate meetings; support process mapping, legal tech engagement, and improvement initiatives while building stakeholder relationships and contributing to training.

Serve as the disputes practice subject-matter expert for innovation and legal technology: evaluate and implement AI tools, design process and automation solutions, build Power BI dashboards, create knowledge assets and playbooks, embed standardized ways of working with Legal Ops, train lawyers, and support client-facing pitches and tech-enabled client solutions.
