Maintain balance sheet and income statement schedules, perform reconciliations to support the general ledger, manage monthly close tasks, maintain SOPs for internal controls, assist variance analysis, audits, sales tax entries, and prepare journal entries and managerial reporting as needed.

Provide legal support to General Counsel including preparing pleadings and contracts, managing filings and court calendars, coordinating with outside counsel, researching statutes and regulations, maintaining legal files, handling confidential matters, and performing clerical tasks and special projects.
