Lead and coordinate all audio, video, and lighting production for campus services and events. Recruit, train, schedule staff and volunteers; prepare media; manage live capture, playback, post-editing, and lighting programming. Oversee campus installs, upgrades, and production staff; attend planning meetings and support church-wide projects.

Produce original video content from concept through delivery: plan shoots, set up lighting and sound, operate camera on location and in studio, edit footage (Adobe Creative Suite), manage multiple projects, and support weekend content capture.

Provide high-level executive support to the Lead Pastor including managing email and calendar, travel logistics, sermon and event coordination, confidential communications, financial transaction processing, meeting and retreat planning, guest hosting, and ongoing availability for pastoral and ministry needs. Acts as a trusted partner, anticipating priorities, exercising discretion, and coordinating with staff, elders, and communications teams.
