Prepare, enter, track, and update customer quotes based on drawings, specs, and RFQs. Maintain quotation records in the ERP, collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and procurement for accurate costing, resolve quote issues, identify process improvements, and provide occasional front-desk backup.
