Lead FP&A for G&A and support CMC, R&D, and clinical accruals. Manage budgets, forecasting, quarterly close, accounting compliance, financial modeling, reporting, and partner with business leaders to provide insights and strategic support. Improve financial systems and reporting automation.

Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives including complex calendar and travel management, expense and budget tracking, confidential communications, document and presentation preparation, process improvement, cross-functional project support, and on-demand office attendance. Requires independent judgment, strong organization, multi-tasking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced biotech.

Lead management of Finance, Legal, and HR applications (Workday, Concur, ADP, Coupa), act as IT business partner, run ERP and application implementations, manage vendors, provide production support, and coordinate with IT security and managed service providers.
